1. Product Orders

Since MCR Venture Make India Clean Pvt. Ltd. provides custom-engineered wastewater treatment systems, cancellations or refunds are limited:

Orders once confirmed and in production cannot be canceled.

In special cases (subject to approval), cancellation within 7 days of order confirmation may be allowed after deducting design and administrative costs.

Refunds for such cancellations will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment mode.

2. Service Refunds

For consultancy or maintenance services:

If services are not delivered as per agreed timelines due to our fault, we may provide a full or partial refund after internal review.

No refund will be applicable once the service has been initiated or completed.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable once material procurement or site mobilization has started.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original bank or payment account within 7–15 working days.

5. Non-Delivery

In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, transportation strikes, etc.), MCR Venture will communicate the revised timeline. Refunds are not applicable in such events.
